Privacy Policy
XBENCH is an offline football-management strategy puzzle. This policy explains how the app handles gameplay data and information submitted through the optional Support Form.
Gameplay data stored on your device
XBENCH stores gameplay information locally so challenges work offline and unfinished sessions can resume. This may include:
- onboarding completion;
- unfinished Five Moves and Sell to Survive sessions;
- daily best scores, grades, completed objectives, and missed objectives;
- recent History entries; and
- current and highest daily streak values.
This gameplay information is not attached to an account and is not synchronized to a cloud service.
Information the main app does not collect
The main app experience does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, advertising identifier, precise location, contacts, microphone recordings, or payment information.
XBENCH does not include advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, subscriptions, in-app purchases, virtual currency, prizes, or real-money gameplay.
Optional manager photo
You may personalize the manager profile in Settings by taking a photo with the camera or choosing an image from the photo library. Camera or photo-library access is requested only after you select the corresponding action. The core game works without either permission.
The selected image is copied into XBENCH’s local app storage. It is not uploaded, synchronized, shared with other users, or used for advertising or analytics. You can remove the saved image at any time from the manager profile card in Settings.
Support Form information
The separate Support Form does not require an account or sign-in. If you submit a request, the form stores the selected topic, your message, any optional name or contact details you provide, the page address, referrer, browser user agent, submission status, and submission time.
This information is used to review the issue or question, maintain support records, protect the form from misuse, and improve XBENCH. Do not include passwords, financial information, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information.
Sharing and retention
XBENCH does not sell personal information. Support information may be processed by service providers used to host the form and store requests, only as needed to operate those services.
Support requests are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review them, maintain support records, address misuse, and satisfy applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can avoid providing support information by not submitting the Support Form. The name and contact fields are optional and may be left blank.
You can use the full game without adding a manager photo. If you add one, you can remove the app-managed copy from Settings.
Removing XBENCH from your device normally removes its locally stored gameplay data and manager photo. XBENCH does not provide a gameplay account because no gameplay account exists.
Children's privacy
XBENCH is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must not use the app or submit information through the Support Form.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used for submitted support information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when XBENCH or its support process changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
